Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours advance notice (by leaving a message on the clinic machine 303-443-3034) for all cancellations.
A cancellation fee of $45 will be charged for any last minute cancellations or no-shows.
We hope you understand our position. If you cancel last minute, we lose the ability to fill that time slot; and, as a result, are losing income. If you wish to reschedule last minute for an earlier or later time with a different practitioner, we also lose income.
If you show up more than 10 minutes late, this will be considered a missed appointment and will be charged accordingly.

We understand that emergencies do come up and are happy to reschedule for you in these circumstances.

Inclement Weather

In the case of heavy snow or other inclement weather, please call the clinic prior to coming to your scheduled appointment. We will leave an announcement about any cancellations on the clinic message. If cancellations are not mentioned, it is safe to assume your practitioner will be here for your appointment. If you need to cancel, please leave a message for us at the clinic as soon as possible to prevent the practitioner from coming in if not necessary.
